RETURN POLICY

  • We will consider the return of items within 30 days of product delivery; no considerations will be made after those 30 days.

  • A minimum 35% handling and restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable once items have been shipped.

  • There is no return of replacement parts, hardware or custom manufactured items. These items are non-returnable and non-cancelable once manufacturing has begun.

  • Items for return must be properly packaged and shipped, prepaid by original purchaser, in the original unopened manufacturer packaging and in resalable condition. Do not write or mark on the original packaging in any way. The manufacturer will not accept returns on products that are not in the original unopened packaging.

  • All returns must have prior authorization. If a return request is authorized, then you will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, as well as a return ship to address. All shipping labels must be clearly marked with the issued RGA number.

  • Any item inadvertently shipped to and received by the manufacturer without a RGA number will be restocked without an allowance for credit.

  • All returns must be received by the manufacturer within 15 days from issuance of the RGA number. Items returned using an expired RGA will be refused for delivery and returned to the sender, at their cost or restocked without an allowance for credit.

  • Once your returned items have been received, you will be credited by the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. The credit will be for the price of the product less the 35% handling and restocking fee.

  • Items shipped directly from the manufacturer adhere to the return policy of that particular manufacturer; therefore stipulations other than above may apply.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any request for return, other than that of damaged merchandise.
