Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Orders cannot be placed using a foreign or international credit card. Please make sure to enter all of your information correctly, including billing address and telephone (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause delays in processing and receiving your order. Your credit will be billed immediately upon checkout.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. WashroomDirectSales.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. You will receive an email notification of shipment, indicating our acceptance of your order.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. You will be notified of products that are unavailable or out of stock. We will ship these items as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Most orders placed and received before 12:00PM (PST) Monday through Friday, excluding all major holidays, will ship within 2-5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock or on back order which will delay fulfilling your order. You will receive an email notification letting you know about any and all products that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. We will keep you informed of when we expect to get more in stock, but we will not always be able to provide this information. Occasionally, items ordered will no longer be available. If this situation arises you will be notified and credited all applicable charges associated with the unavailable item. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns & Cancellations

We will consider the return of items within 30 days of product delivery; no considerations will be made after those 30 days.

A minimum 35% handling and restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Shipping charges are NOT refundable once items have been shipped.

There is no return of replacement parts, hardware or custom manufactured items. These items are non-returnable and non-cancelable once manufacturing has begun.

Items for return must be properly packaged and shipped, prepaid by original purchaser, in the original unopened manufacturer packaging and in resalable condition. Do not write or mark on the original packaging in any way. The manufacturer will not accept returns on products that are not in the original unopened packaging.

All returns must have prior authorization. If a return request is authorized, then you will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, as well as a return ship to address. All shipping labels must be clearly marked with the issued RGA number.

Any item inadvertently shipped to and received by the manufacturer without a RGA number will be restocked without an allowance for credit.

All returns must be received by the manufacturer within 15 days from issuance of the RGA number. Items returned using an expired RGA will be refused for delivery and returned to the sender, at their cost or restocked without an allowance for credit.

Once your returned items have been received, you will be credited by the same payment method that was used to make the purchase. The credit will be for the price of the product less the 35% handling and restocking fee.

Items shipped directly from the manufacturer adhere to the return policy of that particular manufacturer; therefore stipulations other than above may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse any request for return, other than that of damaged merchandise.

Shipping Policy

We ship to businesses and residences in all 50 States. We do not ship internationally.

Most orders placed and received before 12:00PM (PST) Monday through Friday, excluding all major holidays, will ship within 2-5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock and does not have a unique lead time. Orders are not processed or shipped on all major holidays, Saturday or Sunday.

All items can be shipped through, FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery (delivery within 1 to 5 business days), FedEx 2Day (delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas) FedEx Express (delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. in 3 business days to most areas) or FedEx Freight for orders weighing more than 150 lbs (delivery within 1 to 5 business days). If your order is shipped by FedEx Freight to a residence, you will be required to schedule an appointment with FedEx for delivery.

Occasionally, orders can not ship by the shipping method selected at the time the order was placed. If this situation occurs you will be contacted & provided with a new shipping rate for the alternate shipping method. With your approval the order will ship by the alternate shipping method. You will then be charged or credited, whichever applies, the difference in the shipping charge.

Please note tracking numbers are not available on all orders. We will update your account with the tracking number if one becomes available.

Consider any shipping or transit time given by WashroomDirectSales.com only as an estimate and NOT a guarantee of delivery. Shipping charges are NOT refundable once items have been shipped.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Although most FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and FedEx Freight shipments take an average of 3-5 days, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Please check your order immediately upon delivery and notify shipper of any discrepancies. Damages and shortages must be reported immediately. No considerations for returns can be made after 30 days of product delivery.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

Taxes

WashroomDirectSales.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of California only. Sales tax percentages are noted at checkout.

You may use the content of this site only for the purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means without written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
