How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Most orders placed and received before 12:00PM (PST) Monday through Friday, excluding all major holidays, will ship within 2 - 5 business days from the date the order was placed provided the product ordered is in stock and does not have a unique lead time. Orders are not processed or shipped on all major holidays, Saturday or Sunday.

Approximately how many days will it take to receive my order once it has shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout?

All items can be shipped through FedEx Ground/FedEx Home Delivery (delivery within 1 to 5 business days), FedEx 2Day (delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas) FedEx Express (delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 7 p.m. in 3 business days to most areas) or FedEx Freight for orders weighing more than 150 lbs (delivery within 1 to 5 business days). If your order is shipped by FedEx Freight to a residence, you will be required to schedule an appointment with FedEx for delivery.


Can I use my own shipping account to ship my order?

No, freight charges will be collected on all orders and will be shipped by FedEx or the preferred shipping method of the manufacturer.

Do you process purchase orders?

No, Washroom Direct Sales does not provide extended payment terms or process purchase orders. All orders are processed online and paid for at checkout by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.


Do you provide sales estimates or quotes?

No, Washroom Direct Sales does not provide quotes or sales estimates; all product pricing in what is listed online. Please place all of your desired items in the online shopping cart and enter the ship to state and zip code to calculate the total product price, shipping fees and sales tax as applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice due to any price increase by the manufacturer.

Will I be charged for sales tax?

Sales tax will only be collected on orders shipping to the state of California. Resale certificates are not accepted from sellers who wish to purchase tangible personal property from Washroom Direct Sales for resale purposes nor will the liability for tax be removed for certain individuals or organizations exempt and excluded from the imposition of California sales and use taxes.

Does my order ship from your warehouse?

No, all orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Can my order ship internationally?

No, Washroom Direct Sales does not ship internationally or accept international payment. Orders can only be shipped and sold to businesses and residences located in the United States.

Be Advised:

We will consider the return of items within 30 days of product delivery; no considerations will be made after those 30 days.

A minimum 35% handling and restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

Shipping charges are not refundable once items have been shipped.

There is no return of replacement parts, hardware or custom manufactured items. These items are non-returnable and non-cancelable once manufacturing has begun.

Do I have to pay for the shipping charges to return my item?

Yes, items for return must be properly packaged and shipped, prepaid by original purchaser, in the original unopened manufacturer packaging and in resalable condition.

Can I return hardware or replacement parts?

No, there is no return of hardware, replacement parts or custom manufactured items. These items are non-returnable and non-cancelable once manufacturing has begun.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

Yes, there is a 35% restocking fee on all returns.
