The design of this Seachrome reversible folding shower seat allows for assembly in either left or right hand configuration.
Seat is automatically held in a raised position by a positive stop friction spring guide bracket.
A constant friction wall mounted bracket guides the U-shaped leg freely up and down, resulting in a low pressure constant spring action to raise and lower seat.
Seat is constructed of a durable, water-resistant, white 1/2" (13mm) thick solid phenolic single piece with slots for drainage.

Seachrome shower seats meet federal specification WW-P-541/8b and ANSI 117.1.
When properly installed, all seats exceed applicable federal load specifications.
All models have been independently tested to withstand 1,000 lbs in a 30-minute static load test.
